Albanians shift toward Tuscans from what I've seen, this one is more eastern than even Bulgarians!! If she does have some Albanian ancestry then she is an even bigger outlier:

I was just on same thread getting ready to post that! Yes Albanians all seem to plot west, she plots south like them but east.

Number 12 on the chart seems south shifting for a Croat

He is Serb from I am guessing North Croatia, he plots quite to the south of Dalmatian serb samples 5/15 who seem to plot right on the serbian dot.

Montenegrin woman plots very similar like female user from southeastern Romania IIRC. Her friend from same region plotted close also. She posted it somehwere few days ago.
So not exactly Albanian.

It's some old guy from America, all of his grandparents were Serbs from Croatia who migrated to the US in the beginning of the 20th century. He has an elevated South Asian score (around 2%, like Ayetooey), though nothing else really out of the ordinary.

Seya and her friend are further to the southeast, but she is definitely closer to them than she is to us and even the Albanians!

I haven't seen any proper samples myself so this is just me guessing, but I would assume based on Y dna and clan locations, Montenegrins in West and North would be closer to Serbs, where as East Montenegrins who from maps I've seen are heavily ev13 would be more south plotting. Even Y dna maps I've seen have low samples so probably aren't a great representation, but east including Podgorica is always highest in EV13 and other southern y dnas.

Here is a I1 Montenegrin from NW Montenegro. He posted before Eurogenes K13 and K15 were out, but he posted results of lots of other calculators.

I noticed that even seemingly insignificant amounts of "non-European" components can alter the way you plot significantly. If I remove my 1-2% east asian+siberian, I plot west of Serbia.
