    Maybe if it's ancient, but it's too large considering the big companies only go back a few centuries in the compositions.
    Alot of these ethnic groups they created have genetic overlapping components

    I think the calculator is possibly confusing distant Germanic or Bell Beaker influence with Irish, Scottish, Welsh since the British Isles also has a strong Bell Beaker input. Germanic influence is much more likely than British Isles in Romania.

    There were Celts in Romania but they were a bit different than the Celts of Ireland and British Isles. The ones in Romania were Hallstatt Celts from central Europe. Celtic was more a of language and culture than a race of people anyway so there are people of somewhat different backgrounds that were called Celts. Despite their differences, all Celts probably share a common Bell Beaker background.
