You "shouldn't" be anywhere in specific. The PCA plot doesn't have enough references for you, since it's exclusively European and you're partially not (I'm assuming, since you wrote "Pashtun-American"). Your position here will always be misleading

I know but its more representative still and I'm already on the PCA. It's not a big deal for me since I don't take Eurogenes seriously when it comes to Pashtuns.

I'm 0% Euro (unless you count ancient/Steppe).

Sorry, but this PCA only really works well for Europeans. Adding full Levantines would stretch it out too much and they would be inaccurately placed anyway. The static K15 PCA is the one that is accurate for non-Europeans and Europeans with significant non-Euro. I've added Ashkenazi.

I don't know what you mean. Of course you're inaccurately placed, that's why I took you off the PCA. I can't fix it because this calculator is heavily weighted towards European components. Those coordinates are for the DIY static K15 PCA which as I've said will be accurate for you, but not this.

I don't see the Ashkenazi. Do you mind adding Italian Jews and Sephardic Jews? They should fit near Ashkenazi.

Just added a few national averages from the Eurogenes spreadsheet to give the PCA shape; copy and paste your values (not from the Oracle) if you want to be added. The PCA will develop and become more correct and detailed as more people are added.



I could do this for another calculator too if people would like.
