I'm new to the forum and I would like to use this genetic calculator myself (I come from the Bacau area in Romania), how can I use the code? do i need a software? do I have to upload the raw data from 23andme?

You need to buy G25 coordinates from Davidski: http://bga101.blogspot.com/2018/02/t...available.html

targetfile will contain your coordinates (scaled or unscaled, depends on the datasheet), while datafile is the spreadsheet of a calculator

Although I really appreciate enthusiasts like you and Ph2ter with their job and enthusiasm in this field, still calculators like this one, at the end of the day is just a calculator.
It doesn't mean that you are really what the calculators show you are.
I also think that so many samples just skew up the results.
Basically no chance for anyone in the Balkans to be only 5-6% Slavic apart from some Greek islanders and isolated populations like Maniots.
For more realistic results, just a few ancient populations is enough, especially if it's historically verified as well.

A model like this one for the Southern Balkans is enough I think:

via email to eurogenesblog@gmail dot com. Preferably upload it to google drive, share it and send via email, so that you can remove the file from google drive after.

Is this a Cornish sample? Celtic 82 seems to be very high for an English person.
