Late term abortion means no limit on the stage of pregnancy. What part of that don't you understand? The Virginia Governor said a baby would be left to die, in his very own words. This law would be the same equivalent.

I'm going back to school to get a better job. I am an HFA.. I am a professional musician and a mascot for a restaurant. I do work. Just because I don't sit in an office all day like most people who have no creativity doesn't mean I don't have a job.

Let me ask you this: A woman has a miscarriage. Does that mean she shouldn't carry a baby if it will miscarry? That isn't our decision. Deliberately taking the life of another is murder. That is why miscarriage is not murder. It is God's will or simply an accident.

1) If a woman already has a misscarriage , then the fetus is already dead. If she is FORCED to carry a DEAD fetus, she will die of sepsis, just like Savita Halappanavar
2) If the fetus is to be die (anencephalus, or extreme fetal abnormality), you just endagering the mothers life, prolong the inevitable, in the expense of the mother, and the fetus.

These are legitimate reasons but dont account for majority of abortions. It's usually married couples who don't want more kids (are we to expect married couples to abstain from sex?) or single women with no support.
Abortions are not a walk in the park, the procedure can have serious adverse effects. I doubt a sane woman would have abortions in place of contraceptives.

Yes, these are not the majority of abortions. But the problem is Georgia state, that does NOT even take into consideration THESE cases.
