What is the main phenotype of Ossetians?

it's clear that the Ossetian people of the north Caucasus are the rightful heirs of the ancient and vastly spread Scythians, through their Alanian ancestors, even my true heritage.com only shows Alans as their only or main genetic component.
Here's my question however... what's their main phenotype? I hardly ever see ossetians, and when I do they vary greatly in appearance from vaguely Asian, mid eastern or east European...
