Any Iranic person can pass in Pakistan because half of Pakistan itself is southern Iran.

Afghanistan is in central Asia and racially, they are quite some distance removed from South Asians, even northern south asians. Iranians are West Asian and are genetically far closer to those of Northern West Asia and the Caucasus region.

Likening Iranians(Lors, Persians etc.) to South Asians on a genetic scale is the equivalent of likening Hungarians to Jordanians or something along those ridiculous lines.
