This is nonsense. Why are you trolling? Shoygu is half Tuvan and most Russians did not mix with Central Asians in Soviet times. Moreover a lot of Russians have left since 1991. My mother was born in Uzbekistan and grew up in Turkmenistan (a military family). They left in the 80s. In Tajikistan Russians were only 1% back in 2010. Attributing Mongoloid admixture in Central Asia (!) to Russian influence (we're only about 5% East Eurasian on average) is beyond ridiculous. Russian can mean Russian citizen (rossiyanin) and ethnic (i.e. Slavic/European) Russian (russky).

I know Russians very good. Russian don't care about religion. And Turks became Christians! Russians Christianized most Turks in Russia. The Russians are heavily mixed with the Turks in Kazan, Astrakhan, etc. Russians mix with everything and everybody. During the FIFA world cup, Russian ladies married even thousands of niggers from Africa.
