I wonder about the "Gedrosian" component and for what it might stand? It seems to be "pre Indo-European South Asian Neolithic Europids" if one wants to interpret it that way.

Especially "Gedrosian" and "South Asian" has a strange distribution it seems, with "South Asian" being highest in the Malayans!

"South Asian" being generally higher in those people have a stronger Weddoid/"Ancestral South Indian" component.

I wonder about the "Gedrosian" component and for what it might stand?

According to wikipedia 'Gedrosia' was the ancient Hellenized name for the area that is now Balochistan in Pakistan.
