Yes, he is a Croat from Hercegovina. The most 'Balto-Slavic' Yugoslav I've seen. Probably there are some rare ones out there who can reach 38% Baltic but I am unaware of such cases. However keep in mind that some Croats score higher North Atlantic than Max Soldo. For example p2hter got well over 30% (vs. 25.9% in Max). Maybe sometimes one component takes a bit from another.

I think Ph2ter has distant Iberian ancestry, when you have Iberian ancestry your North Atlantic score gets inflated from Celtic ancestry. Ph2ter has 50/50 split with North Atlantic and Baltic unusual for any Slav but he still has alot Balto Slavic ancestry for his region
