I kinda agree with him on most of his points. Most people in the west, who are calling themselves christians, are no more christian than church attending Homer Simpson. In here, in the almost universally atheistic country, there is no such grey area, you're either a bible believing, all-in christian or you're not a christian at all. And that's why the actual christians in here are pretty radical compared with other countries.

He's essentially explaining Protestantism.
Protestantism requires that God exists and that Jesus is the Son of God. IF God doesn't exist, then you are lost and have no direction. Everyone else figured out that it's the Institutions (the "Culture") that matter, since there is no way to prove God's existence or to Communicate with Him.

Well duh, isn't that logical and obvious? If some Christian religion does NOT believe that God exists or Jesus is the Son of God, then it would NOT be Christian at all... but just some fake knock-off.
The whole point of the Christian faith is that God DOES exist. There is no other reason for the Christian religion to exist, other than fakery (which it seems you are admitting to for those sects that do not require belief in God)..
Any institution that claims to be based on God, but in reality isn't, is a FRAUD.

Great Video. I fully agree with him. But I wouldnt condemn nominal or cultural christians, they may not cast out demons or speak in foreign tongues, preach the gospel but they still might believe in God and do some Christian based rituals. My mum for example, I would call her a cultural christian, but she isnt really a Atheist either. She believes in God eventhough she is quiete uneducated on the Holy Scriptures. I see his speech though as good way to "awaken" many nominal or cultural christians and make them more believing. I wouldnt condemn cultural christians, I would try to awaken them. That is also what the orthodox serb priest tries during the orthodox church service on sunday morning. He preaches the gospel and encourages all the attenders to become more like Christ and to believe more. Many are only there because they are cultural christians, it is a tradition or you are a better "serb" if you go there. Serbs pretty much have a quiete nationalistic understanding of christianity they think a good serb is a "orthodox". The priest encourages them and awakens them to the miracles and the work of the Holy Spirit to become true believers and more Christ like. He doesnt say though "they are not christians at all". So that is my opinion.

Also true; however, since most of the people of the world are rather extraordinarily stupid (compared to others) I don't think we can expect them to follow their own belief system, in which case they will simply follow whatever preacher or false prophet impresses them...
Without some sort of "institutional oversight," how could one discern the True from the False?

No, please don't think this is about following one's own ideas... it is actually the opposite! It is about submitting oneself to God's authority. And God has made clear to us what the truth is in the Bible that was left for us as a guidebook, so that we won't have to follow every false teacher that arises.
But the most important thing that (and outsider like) yourself should understand, is that God has actually sent his Holy Spirit to guide true believers in all truth -- and this is not some fancy word or emotion -- but is God's true Spirit that inhabits a believer when they give their life to God. There is a specific occurrence when one gets "filled" with the Holy Spirit, which is something profound that actually happens to you. It happened to me too and changed my life forever. Now I know I am guided by God's Spirit, and he warns me if I go in the wrong direction, and also leads me in the right path. This is for all believers, and you can also receive it after you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Saviour and committed your life to God.

I agree with him for the most part. Christianity today has lost most of its beliefs and became some kind of political institution, especially today where the Pope completely commits blasphemy against god's orders by letting neo-liberal ideas infect the church. That's why I want to convert to the Greek Orthodox church which helps me link between myself, god and the Byzantine church without compromising my religious beliefs for political reasons and so no. I sometime cry when I watch videos like these which fills my soul with joy:
