Your father is probably full Uzbek. The reason you score so much West Asian is because your Uzbek side is from Bukhara. Bukhara-Samarkand Uzbeks are largely Uzbekified Tajiks (or at least have heavy Tajik/Iranic influence). I don't have Bukharan Uzbek results, but it may be similar to those from North Afghanistan I imagine. Uzbeks & Tajiks from North Afghanistan (Kunduz, Balkh) get modeled like a Tajikistan Tajik with some extra East Asian influence and are notably distant to most Uzbeks from Uzbekistan. Also, the genetic difference between Tajiks and Uzbeks (minus some subgroups like Bukharans, etc) is very huge despite the fact that they are neighboring populations.
Since 23andMe didn't include Bukharan Uzbeks in the population references for Central Asian, you scored a lot of West Asian. Also, their Central Asian category looks very weird. They included both Afghanistan and Kazakhstan in it together and just decided to call it a day, despite the fact the two countries have nothing to do with each other. So this probably messed up their algorithm and would have played a big role in you getting a lot of West Asian.
By any chance, do you have the DNA results of someone that is fully Bukhara-Samarkand Uzbek?

Your Uzbek side is genetically very Tajik-like. I included a Tajikistani (not an official sample), combined all the Russian samples into one, and an Uzbek:
In case you're interested to see how you get modeled as without the Uzbek:Target: Bakha
Distance: 3.2080% / 0.03208049
Aggregated
48.4Tajik_Tajikistan
46.0Russian
5.6Uzbek
I combined all of Tajikistan's ethnic groups (Pamiris, Tajiks, Yaghnobis) into one group called "Tajikistani" and ran the results again:Target: Bakha
Distance: 3.2557% / 0.03255655
Aggregated
55.8Tajik_Tajikistan
44.2Russian
So your Central Asian side is taking some Russian for whatever reason. But your Bukharan Uzbek side could probably be modeled as 80-90% Tajikistani + 10-20% Uzbek or something like that.Target: Bakha
Distance: 3.1864% / 0.03186446
Aggregated
46.2Russian
41.0Tajikistani
12.8Uzbek
The fit distance is kinda large though. Probably a proper Bukharan Uzbek sample would fix that issue.

Btw the previous 23andme version (i received results in august) already contained Uzbekistan under western asian with Samarqandi/Bukharan samples and still i got 0% Uzbekistan:
Uzbekistan
- Bukhara Region
- Fergana Region
- Samarqand Region
- Tashkent Region
I think now they have even more Uzbekistani samples, including bukharans, and still no Uzbekistan
