When checking for your ancient (Neolithic) ancestry, it seems like you get some Natufian (Neolithic Levantine) which isn't something that really happens with other Central Asians. It seems like there's additional MENA-input into Bukhara from West Asians. I still think your Bukharan Uzbek father is typical for Uzbeks from Bukhara, so whatever applies to him probably applies to Bukharans as a whole. Its not that much, but still kinda unusual because one would expect it to be 0. You can make whatever conclusion from it you want.

I used Syrian above because Tajiks have some Iranian ancestry and thought it would be a good indicator of excess MENA ancestry. But I tried another run with both Syrians and Iranians:

Is around 25% East Eurasian. You get ~10% East Eurasian. This is probably mainly cause you're half-Russian, but keeping in mind that Russians (especially Volga Russians) get some EE, your father is probably 15-20% EE which is in the Tajikistani Tajik range.

Also, your Med seems very high, and your SW Asian is also a bit higher than average. You have almost 10% more Med than the Samarkandi. Your father may or may not be a typical Bukhara Uzbek, but have you have tried asking him if there's any recent non-Uzbek/Turkic ancestry in your family?
