I wonder after the Syrian conflict is done...
will Syria regain its territories, will it be divided in countries, or foreign countries controlling regions.
If Syria could be rebuilt and the refugees in Europe and Turkey returned to Syria that would be good too.
The Christian population in the Middle East has gone down drastically in the recent century.

I think, Syria's territorial integrity will not be violated. assad will remain in power, but will come up with a new constitution - thus more democracy for all ethnic groups. In the meantime, Russia will be allowed to keep its fleet (they have even built a second one, lol), and a pipeline from Qatar or Saudi Arabia to Turkey/europe will not be allowed. that could damage the dependence or price of russian gas in europe. turkey will be satisfied because the turkish stream is being built.
furthermore, pro-Iranian militias on Syrian territory will be pushed back when Israel accepts the situation.

I have gotten the impression that Erdogan wants to use the "Safety Zone" (Northern) Regions of Syria for his modernistic version of Hitler's "Lebensraum". But, in this case Erdogan's Lebensraum is a dumping ground for the fanatically Muslim Syrian Rebels whom found refuge in Turkey. I wouldn't be surprised to find that some ISIS jerks are among the Syrian Rebels.

Are you kidding me? Who's going to teach Assad democracy? Putin or the Sultan? What makes you think they care about such frivolities? All of that crap was designed to keep the canines out, and it will. The Sunnis shall be classified as terrorists, and they shall be re-educated, Uighur style! After all of that shit, Turkey wins absolutely nothing, and the refugees shall stay in Turkey...
