Could someone explain how you do this step? I can run the first command but I have no idea where I add my own results and what command to type to get the oracle.

Go to gedmatch and get your Eurogenes K36 results, type your results only numbers from top-to-bottom here DodecadeOracle(c(your results)). If you want say 20 or 30 type this DodecadeOracle(c(your results), k=20 or 30). Mixed is the same. DodecadeOracle(c(your results), k=20 or 30,mixedmode=T). Hope that helps.

if your k36 results are
amerindian 0
arabian 0
armenian 0.23
etc.

then type it like

DodecadOracle(c(0,0,0.23,etc.) ,k=20, mixedmode=T)
