Classify and pass Sydney's ecology (Mediterranean, temperate, Savannah, rainforest, desert, etc). Does it fit more in West Asia or Southern Europe?

In southern Andalusia there is a subtropical forest that they say is the last in Europe, I don't know how much it is similar to Sydney

The Levant can look rather dry, but I think the northern parts of Lebanon, northwestern Syria and the Levantine/East Med area of Turkey may look similar to Sydney. But I would Sydney 'passes' best in Iberia.
This beautiful region can 'pass' in Tasmania.
