If you wish to be the numbers correct and not lying, I think that anonymous voting will be better.
Some guys will be ashamed to confess that number of their partners were low, or even zero.
Some girls will be ashamed that will be considered as sluts here, if number of their partners will be higher than usuallly.
And there are also members (includes me) what wish to keep this kind of intim information as a secret.
I have real friends in real life who dont know (and dont care) some deatils of my life, why I would share the info with people who I never met IRL?

I'm actually quite surprised you made this thread. It doesn't seem in your character to do so because you talk a lot about your conservative cultural and Catholic beliefs. It's your right to do so, but I'm just confused as to the purpose. Especially with public names as it seems to encourage drama related things.

My cynicism also chimes in and says people are probably just going to answer based on their own agenda on how they want to be seen by other TA members, and pick low or high numbers accordingly.
