which part of B&H are you from? maybe Livno? you are very similar to the Dalmatian Croat i posted here:

This "Moldavian" average isn't pure Moldavian, it's a mix of more ethnicities. Croats from Dalmatia usually get Moldavian first, so in your case you can read this "Moldavian" as "Dalmatian Croat"

those academic sample include a Half Ukrainian-Half Gipsy, a Latvian, Ukrainian and maybe some Gagauz and Bulgarians, but i presume at least the Half Gipsy was excluded from the average.

Why a Latvian? There is no Latvians in Moldova and they are not native to the country at all. It's almost like including a black African student into the national average, lol.
