some 1/3 of the territory of the county is not inhabited by ethnic Romanians (Ukrainian villages mostly, but also Polish and Russian) - do you know for sure he's ethnic Romanian and not mixed?
because he comes quite close to my results and I am mixed:

where the lie? all the northwest of the county is exclusively Ukrainian (even though most don't declare at the census). ask any Romanian from Dorna, Cimpulung or Humor, they will confirm it.
then, the villages around Radauti and Siret to Suceava some are Ukrainian, some are Romanian, some are Russian (Lipovan).
while in the centre of the county there's a small region of Polish villages (around Cacica).
any Romanian from Suceava county can confirm it. I know it's little known outside, since these ethnic communities make no fuss around this. but this doesn't give you Vlach the right to deny it.

Why are you linking those websites when they contain nothing to prove your ridiculous assertions? Your claim that 1/3 of Suceava county is Ukrainian, Polish and Russian only that for some reason those they choose not to declare as such in the census is questionable at best, and you haven't provided a modicum of evidence. You're full of shit.

I said any Romanian from Suceava county can confirm it, why don't you just ask one, idiot? Romanians, Ukrainians, Poles, Russians and Germans live in peace in Suceava county. and mix. large chunks of the territory is exclusive Ukrainian-inhabited but it makes for a small population, because it's mountainside villages and hamlets with huge forests between. the same for northeast Maramures county.
same - why don't you ask someone from Suceava county? anyone can confirm it.
