There would probably be some degree of cultural overlap as both are known for being orderly societies.

Japan is a perverted society to begin with. Even the early explorers noted this. Just ask the females groped on the subway, or look at their degenerate porn. All they do is work and work and their suicide rate is through the roof.
Also I doubt that the Japanese Empire would have held on to their overseas holdings as they weren't as thorough as the British in eradicating out the conquered populations, nor did they care about replacing the conquered leaders with pro-Japanese servants à la the British Empire. The Empire would have had the Japanese trying to colonise purely through the mass immigration of Japanese into German lands, but unlike Europe which had the help of disease in the New World and superior technology in Africa, the colonial Japanese would be fighting tooth and nail against well armed locals.
Remember the good old days when Samurais beheaded catholic missionaries from Southern Europe when they tried to spread Christianity into Japan because they saw it as subversive and hostile to Japanese society. Being Japanese in itself is like a religion because they worship their ancestors and if you convert to a religion in which you worship something other than the ancestors or Shinto spirits or the respect for Buddhist rituals, then you are no longer considered Japanese. So Germany wouldn't be Christian for sure.

Nobel-nominated Daisetz Suzuki tried to influence early Nazi Germany, and Himmler wanted to model the SS on the Samurai.
There many articles about this on Asia-Pacific journal,
D.T. Suzuki, Zen and the Nazis
The Zen of Hitler Jugend
The Formation and Principles of Count Dürckheim’s Nazi Worldview and his interpretation of Japanese Spirit and Zen
A Zen Nazi in Wartime Japan: Count Dürckheim and his Sources—D.T. Suzuki, Yasutani Haku’un and Eugen Herrigel
And this book,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zen_at_War
He was unsuccessful as Nazi idololatric chauvinists couldn't accept the yellow race to be "Super-Teutons".
They resorted to denoting the Aryan "kshatriya" ancestry of Buddha rather than the Samurai spirit of self-sacrifice.The former view, that the German soldier is the best in the world has been confused by descriptions of the Japanese swimmers who removed mines laid before Hongkong, or the Japanese pilots who, with contempt for death, pounce with their bombs on enemy ships. This has partially caused something like an inferiority complex. The Japanese look like a kind of ‘Super-Teuton’ [Germane im Quadrat]
At least they produce innovative porn and not only idolize the brother's BBC like the West(including Indian larpers like you). They are a developed and technologically advanced country that still remains masculine.Japan is a perverted society to begin with. Even the early explorers noted this. Just ask the females groped on the subway, or look at their degenerate porn.

Irrelevant question.

Car j'aime à respirer l'air pur de vos montagnes,
Je suis la Liberté ! la Liberté !"
