in this dataset, the samples with the highest South Asian are from Croatia and Montenegro, not places usually associated with gypsies. so that South asian could be noise , or from some other source.

South Asian score in Europe mostly is not conected with Gypsies. It's minor part of Stepe dna. Stears has relatively high South Asian score and he is not conected with Gypsies. His South Asian score is obvious from his Szekler side, from Stepic Turkic and Scythian people.

This. And that is how in past anyone could become "Gypsy" just by accepting their lifestyle and intermarry with them. That was happening with individuals from India through West Asia and Anatolia, all the way they passed before coming to Europe. That explains their genetics.

According to G25 models Romani people are at least 1/3 European and also about 1/3 West Asian, so they aren't full-blooded non-Caucasoids.

The only merits of Soviets is that they reduced part of Gypsy primitive behaviour, mixing with them is still very rare till today.

I found two more on youtube like that. Keep in mind, it's mostly the poor people who are admixed, so they're not as likely to take these tests. More affluent people, on the other hand, Like Čeda Jovanović and the Đogani family will never do it because they won't be able to deny their roots any more.

I score the same amount of South Asian as Stears. I also don't think that it's from Gypsies.

Ofc it's from gypsies, he's not even half Szekely as his father is mixed, you can't compare him to you who are presumably full Szekely. And he shows the gypsy south_Asian + west_asian combo in virtually almost all genetic tests. His gypsy admixture can be perfectly modeled as a European individual who has a gypsy great-great-great-grandparent.
