Well, just because there might be some other similar individuals doesn't mean it's not remarkable. The Serbian average is well below 35%. Just like, say, Russians with 30% North Atlantic are rare but still can be found.

As it started, 35% Baltic will soon be Serbian average.

And keep in mind Croat average in here is from Zagreb, so more northern shifted than full southern Croats let alone Serbs.

Dalmatian Serb with 35.28 Baltic is from rural place which was full Serbian until 1995. His Slava is Saint Nicholas day.
