No signs of Terekeme/Afshar ancestry, he scores ssa 4% and east african 2% and scores less Eastasian/siberian than many persians even.

Yes doesn't add up. The Afshar stories must come from the Qashqai side. But Qashqais are said to be of various backgrounds (Arab including even).

Yeah, I knew you were gonna specify that because I can't remember such details like Afghan provinces and stuff.

He is very Europoid - NE + Med = 25%. Probably would be modeled as 35-40% Steppe on G25.

Well, the Euro and Baloch gradient goes from East to West (the Caucasus is basically between the Caspian and Black Seas). The more Western, the less Euro/Baloch. The NW Caucasus has a bit more Med but also more Mongoloid.
The Qumuqs are an exception though, they're more mixed probably because they're Turkic and coastal.

I remember Sarmats (from Poland) scoring Gedrosia/Baloch 25 and North European 45~ Avar's seem to have high amount of steppe ancestry from Sarmat/Yamnaya people.
