I know one with 19.78% West Med. He score same West Med and North Atlantic.

Here's a Bosnian Serb with 20 West Med: T267799

It's also a common ocurrence among people with roots from Montenegro.

I still don't understand why do I have such low NA?
What could be the explanation, because vast majority of both Serbs and Croatians have much higher NA than me and a couple of people you have posted here.
Also, what is the explanation of high west med?

Croatians who are Italian admixed ofren score higher NA than Baltic. So, even Italian influence has no sense for your low NA score. Plus, Italian admixed Croatians score significant lower Baltic than you.

His Italian is from southern Italy, so both west and east med and red sea should be elevated. But it's quite unusual how his Baltic score remained that high.
Almost looks like a very Slavic Croat with Sardinian shift, they score tons of west med.

Serb with very similar K13 as his is a full Serb.
