Skopje is basically a melting pot of any kind of Macedonians. There is no more pure Skopjans or at least there are not many. Do you have information about your grandparents where they are from? Because judging by your results you almost surely have ancestry from more Southern part of Macedonia than Skopje. In fact your results are a bit similar to mine who am from the south-east of Macedonia.
By the way you are a pretty girl and you have that Southern Macedonian Mediterranean look typical for the Aegeans but also for Ohrid, Bitola and so on.
