In the Republic 6-9% is the norm. Lezgin admixed individuals may get more.

Interestingly, in Baku you can find partially Russian Azerbaijanis. As late as 2009 Russians made up 5% of Baku's population. Outside of Baku Russians are almost absent.
I had a couple of kits who may be like that but they are no longer available.
