Our Gypsies are different from the ones in the region from a social POV, because they are integrated into the dominant culture, just as most other nationalities.
We are skilled at accepting others into our culture. That's probably connected to us being so few, so anyone who's interested in us feels like a novelty.

I'm against multiculturalism. That's typical Soviet/post-Soviet BS, i.e. "friendship of peoples". In Russia the same shit was made the state ideology. The problem is they don't even distinguish between natives and immigrant groups. Basically everyone living in the country is considered part of the "ethnic mosaic". Greeks, Azerbaijanis, Poles, etc. have nothing to do with Bessarabia. That's how the native majority is being undermined/diluted.
