A lot of Romanians score in Siberian, East Asian and Amerindian. Look closely at the table for Wallachia and also the one for Moldavia and R. Moldova.
This part in that person is definitely not from Germans. Must be an old Cuman/Pecheneg/Tatar/Hungarian Conqueror signature. Szeklers have the same, while Pannonian Hungarians don't.

The only thing that I am not sure of is whether the German was from Fagaras, so Transylvanian German, or actual German from Germany.

His NA is a bit high though.

Also yes the Siberian can be found like that in all Romanians randomly.
