USA late night TV is dominated by Irish-Americans comedians (Conan, Fallon, Colbert) and that isn't technically Irish but their comedy is informed by Irish Catholic American culture

Scots>English> Irish, I only put Irish last because they can be a little more easy to offend. Scottish humor is very offensive and English humor is more fatalistic.

No solo eso, si no es que me hace gracia como se apropian de un tipo de humor algunos.Lo que llaman humor británico no es ni de coña algo suyo, ese tipo de humor existe en en cualquier sitio, pero es lo de siempre.

In any country coexist several types of humour, from the most rude and vulgar to the more intelligent, what is called British humour is well understood outside British Islands, so this type of humour is common everywhere.

The surreal and absurd humour of "Amanece que no es poco" o "El milagro de P.Tinto" , however maybe is hardly exportable outside Spain.

I find french humor funny English is good as well
