That is one and polital borders are other thing.
Serbs from Bosanska Krajina are related with Serbs from Dalmatia, Lika, Kordun and Banija (especially with Lika and Dalmatian Serbs). All of them are connected with migrations from one side on other and in a circle for centuries. Still Bosanska Krajina Serbs are geographically located in Bosnia like Serbs from East Bosnia, regardless they are much more related with Lika/Dalmatia/Kordun/Banija Serbs than with East Bosnia Serbs. Bosanska Krajina Serbs are not classic Bosnians, most of them don't have stereotypical Bosnian accent like those from Ozren area or East Bosnia for example.

''Real Bosnia'' is actually not big. To me real Bosnia is Zenica, Kakanj, Sarajevo...
Area in light + dark green (central Bosnia+Vrhbosna). Also east Bosnia in yellow, I guess...
But ofcourse, this is too puritan definition.

I am partially from a village between Livno and Sinj, my family from there looks quite slavic, their surnames are the most common in Dalmatia and they speak like people from Sinj. In my opinion they're basically Hinterland Dalmatians in every single way but if u can't include them in the Dalmatian average, just add them to the Herzegovinian average. Because they really aren't Bosnian, at least the villages west of Livno, and in my opinion they aren't Herzegovinian either.
