Mingle have right. Feichii made a great job, but for us NW Croats the base is very poor and very inconsistent. Far as I know Hrvoje has Slovenian and Czech ancestry nad his autosomal profile, at least according Gedmatch, G25 is similar to mine.
On several occasions, I suggested that I'm poor represent of NW Croat, cause my German and Czech ancestry. Samobor area was populated with some Sachsens, but not in recent time, so maybe ph2ter have some.

So, yes this NW Croat average doesn't seem representative, till more samples.

Don't worry, you and Hrvoje are not part of NW Croat average. It's made from Ph2ter and his family including wife. But I agree we need more data.

I'm not sure if you made one for Northwest Croats, but I did one some time back. Its comprised of results I found on this forum. They are five samples: Hrvoje, ph2ter & his wife, a Croat from Sambor, and another Croat from Koprivnica. Hrvoje and the Croat from Koprivnica mentioned they were mixed (with stuff like Czech or Slovene or whatever) but I assume that's normal for NW Croats and their mixture doesn't seem to be recent, so I included them. So you can decide if its reliable.

Anyways, the sample size is 5:

I used average made by Ph2ter, those include people with no known foreign ancestry.

Croatians that support Nazi Reich from my understanding (from what my grandparents told me) were usually ostracized individuals in society they were either Austrians, Germans, Crypto Jews, religious minorities who had difficult time making a honest living in 20th century Croatian society
