But most Africans are not A or B, they are some kind of E. Nigeria is mostly E. You can't get more SSA than them.

The same is the case with basques who carry R. Obviously they are not largely steppe. Or Spaniards.

I mean the original E men were not SSA. E backmigrated into Africa, and from North Africa started spreading down south where only A and B men lived, who were the real negroids.

Original E men where Mechta-Afalou Cro-Magnoids you can look up their skeletal measurements as many skulls were found. They resembled more eurasians then they did Negroids. This is their migration route based on their mtDNA.

That's a good idea, I'll try to do it maybe tomorrow. Most of my DNA matches on Myheritage are from Germany, USA and Scandinavia, but the majority of them have south slavic names.
