Ok, nice ! I also think that there are some Central regions that are more "North shifted" and some areas in Provence (particuliarly in the inland) that are more "Central" shifted. I will try to find more samples for these averages.
And I do agree the "Centre" genetical profile is very widespread and actually it's the "typical" french genetically, without any north or south shift.

I removed Central French outliers who live in Alsace, and left only proper Germans in this average.
I had some Savoie (but not included in the average, I will try to find where I saved it).
Savoie was Italian-shifted, but the rest of Rhone-Alpes was not, if I recall correctly.

Nice work again but what's up with the ancient names?
Would like to see K13, K15 breakdowns of England, Germany and Ireland.

Yeah, probably Savoie is much more Italian shited, geographically it has more links with Italy. Haute-Savoie in other hand has a border with Suisse
Someone had found very "Italian like" samples in Annecy (actually only 2) but I think that these are outliers, definitely, I had another result from Annecy that was at 62 pct Baltic + N.Atlantid, and results from people who were partially from Haute-Savoie, 0 italian shift (actually the contrary).
