I did 23andme, there is my raw data from. Iv'e got around 50%east euro, 25%northwest, and 10% balkan/southern besides around 10% broadly european. The only thing that stands out really to me is the significant amount of southwest I got here, aswell as higher Italian and seemingly no balkan.

My results:



It clearly detects my West Asian ancestry, but for some reason the East Asian / North Asian is missing. If I remember it correctly, Ion Basescul gets around 0,5% more Siberian than me on average, but I don't think that makes a lot of difference and why does it say that I'm 100% West Eurasian.

As you can see on the map, Central Indo-European includes regions where people have an important Turkic admix. I think that's where this Siberian/East Asian is hiding.

For me they manage to decouple it from combined ancestries.
