    Personally I see no reason to assume he's near to Burgenland. Austrians from Burgenland are genetically less German than him and Eastern Transdanubia was more settled by Germans than the Western part. They settled mostly along the river Danube, that's why they are called "Danube Swabians".

    There was a huge concentration of Germans in Baranya around Pecs -Swabische Turkei.
    Also around Lake Balaton.

    That's not really NW, Vas is just western Transdanubia and Vesprem central.

    Like in Turkic languages as well as Finnish and Estonian. People were saying "he", I just pointed out it was actually a woman.
