There is practically no Celto-Germanic influence in the East Slavs unless we're talking about recent German in some individuals (from the last 200 years). But even that might be nearly undetectable by Gedmatch (see Not a Cop's results as well as the guy with Swiss ancestry).

That minor Celto-Germanic like substratum in early Slavs could be I2-din carriers assimilating with Baltic like R1a mass and creating proto-Slavs.

What about these Masurian averages? I got them from Peterski some time ago iirc. Maybe Lucas can inspect them and add to Vahaduuo if they are quality.

Current Ukrainian samples are too western. You can see in Europe1 PCA or Europe2 PCA, that some Ukrainians plot near East Germans.

For example sample Ukrainian:UKR-1283 plots like Czechs or East Germans.

There is also academic sample from Sumy Oblast (North-East Ukraine near the Russian border) which plots with East Germans / Czechs.

These Ukrainians are likely mixed with minority ethnic groups in Ukraine.

I'm surprised they were published by scientists as "typical Ukrainians".

Also here is for example a Western Ukrainian with GEDCOM pedigree with both parents from Volhynia, I trust this result more than academic samples from Volhynia (from Estonian scientists) which look like they are mixed with Volhynian Poles/Czechs/Germans:
