They have foreign ancestry (Rusyn and Polish) from the late 18th century, but that's too distant to be considered mixed. But yeah, Botosani and Suceava are the Northern-most. They must have assimilated a lot of Ukrainian/Rusyns in the past.

Seems to have recent Slavic admixture, for Botoșani, and in general for both Romanian Moldova and Republic he is totally atypical with such high Baltic score.

Rusyn ancestry can go back as early as 15th century. Also 40% Baltic now that's something, new record I guess.
