Just similar results, this person is just random Ukrainian, he is from Podolia not Galicia, a region who is bordering northern Moldavian historical border, maybe he have some distant ancestors from Moldova.
Kamianets Podilskyi is located near historical Moldavian border close to Hotin (25km).

This academic sample from Chernivtsi looks similar:
Kamianets Podilskii district boarders with Chernivtsi oblast. His ancestors can be from Chernivtsi or Kamianets Podilskii population can be close genetically to Chernivtsi. But, as for me, almost of Hmelnytsky oblast anthropologically looks more "northern", thats why it could be closer to Poles or Belarussians by autosomes. Its better to have several results from other places of Hmelnytsky oblast.Kit LW5549306
