Oh i just found him on a page about the genetics of Azerbaijanis, i thought it would be interesting to show him here. Unfortunately i have no idea about using calculators, also i am here with my mobile, some stuff which works well with laptop is working very bad with mobile. But the person also posted distances, they are ancient because i didnt post them. I wanted to copy that but even that doesn’t work sorry: https://www.facebook.com/10064671801...4752016603994/
Edit: i also dont know how the person looks like, the just know one person of partly nogay origin https://www.google.de/search?q=c%C3%...&bih=553&dpr=2.
But the Tatars in Turkey can look bery Asian.

Okay, I will run him in a minute. That page is in Azerbaijani, not the Turkish of Turkey. Can you read it freely? I actually learned a bit of Azerbaijani and Persian 6-7 years ago but don't know much aside from the general idea.
EDIT:
He doesn't get a good fit. Don't know what kind of Tatar that could possibly be. 40% Mongoloid in Turkey? I know there's a couple of Siberian Tatar immigrant villages in Turkey, a Tatarstan TV channel once showed them, I watched the video 7 years ago or so.
Yes, even it makes fun to read, just Auerbaijanis have more loanwords, but you can derive them from context. I also wanted learn Persian but the beginners cours still costs over 100€.
I think it would be nice learning more about Azerbaijani genetics, i think about Anatolian Turks we have already many samples and informations. I even would bet there are Auerbaijanis who have more mongoloid than the most mongoloid Turk.

Well, so far they have been barely 10% Mongoloid. I don't think there is much mystery about them. I do believe the average sits approximately at the same level as the data so far has shown. At least for the Republic of Azerbaijan which is the default Azerbaijan for me.

According to the post its an Ethnic Nogai, according to the post they are supposedly supposed to have stronger Mongol input but most of the Nogai results I have seen are similar to Turkmens so maybe its a different group not sure

When i started researching about genetics years ago, and i said it many times i know and probably will say it again many times, i saw a Azerbaijani guy who hadn’t even 10% east eurasian, but his Grandfather had around 30%. And there are Azerbaijani subgroups like Terekkemes for instance, comparable with Yörüks. I just saw one sample but the person was around 50% turkic, although his North European was low even for Azerbaijanis. But apart from that you are right, they are like Anatolian Turks, just Iranian shifted.

I believe there are two Nogai subgroups - the Kara Nogais and the Kuban Nogais. The former are more mongoloid, almost like Karakalpaks or Kazakhs whereas the latter are more Caucasian-admixed. That's because in the 17th century Nogais were pushed westwards by the incoming Kalmyks (the time when the Kalmyks came to what is now Kalmykia in Russia).
