Very dissapointed, was hoping this would actually improve my result, but still sucks as much as it did before unfortunately. It still says I am pan-Northern European, just with more groups and (somehow) increased Scandinavian and Scottish ancestry being more Northern shifted than before?. Not a fan of AncestryDNA at all, I thought my French ancestry would be discernable from English but apparently it's easier to split hairs over already close Northern Europeans. I'll stick to G25.

Very interesting, just like on 23andMe you show South Asian ancestry. What parts of mainland Greece/The islands do you have known ancestry from?

Genetically 50% Samos (Island) 50% Peloponnese (Mainland). Most likely from Roma migrations. Looks like it's from my dad's side (Samos). Would love to learn the details - but we don't know anything!

They took 11% from my Slav and made it German. You don't like the Germanics? I joke a lot but they are smart people.

My family has the same issues with these dna tests. I have centuries of French surnames in my family tree yet my family hardly scores French on AncestryDNA..In fact I didn’t receive any and my sisters and mother only received 2%.

23andme has been more accurate in my case.
