Well, yes, there will be tiny communities, just like there is one random one in Soroca if I'm not mistaken, that I found the other day, but the overwhelming majority live closer to the delta. So in this case, assimilated Ukrainians are more probable.

Most of them live in Danube delta region (Tulcea county), in Suceava their community is very tiny, plus they hardly mix.

The ones in Tulcea did not mix a lot (though bear in mind Lipovans stretched till south of Constanta, the fewer they were the more they mixed), but the ones in North-Central Moldova definitely did. There are definitely still pure Russian Lipovans still in North-Central parts, I'm not saying they disappeared.

Cause that's what I know that I have from my mom's side, should probably add Tatar and replace Ukr with German though, maybe after I test her and my grandparents.

I thought that you might have German ancestry, but right now it looks less likely, since I found more verified results in non-Transylvanian regions who have more Atlantic than Baltic. The fellow user with 4gp from Galati, alexmegas, has like 30% Atlantic and 20% Baltic. It's probably Eurogenes being Eurogenes.

Testing the parents could probably show whether it's actual heightened NA or Eurogenes.

Yep, it should add some clarity.
But I think your best bet to understand that are your DNA relatives (both on MyHeritage and GEDmatch). What's the sum of shared segments that you have in common with people of Germanic and Ukrainian ancestry?

I thought to have a run only against academic samples (Stefan Voda and Balti) + old Eurogenes with all of my kits.

That includes:
1) my merged 23andme+LivingDNA kit
2) my imputed kit on DNA LAND, which I don't use because it's identical
3) my family's imputed kits on DNA LAND that I always use due to making sense in the context of my results; my results were generated with 2.5x more SNPs, so they are the most accurate of the bunch and the benchmark against which to orientate
4) my family's original kits, which I don't usually use, because of what was mentioned in 3
