Putin is a good leader but a megalomaniac like all leaders like him I guess.....Russia will keep declining if oil prices remain below $60.. they have absolute no income because of Putins megalomaniacism no one really wants to trade with Russia other than energy and have no other sustainable exports to speak of... not even tech.
