Yes Karakalpaks are Kipchaks and more related to Kazakhs, culturally and genetically. What i have seen is that Uzb.Turkmens are around 20/25% east eurasian.

The North european is quite normal, but yes especially Turkmens and Uyghurs have sometimes high South Asian, i believe the highest South Asian ive seen among turkics were an Uyghur. It probably comes from Iranics/preIE/Turkic people. The person seems to be 50-70% Turkic.
