I thought in adding a Canarian reference as Atlantic , but we have only one reference, and I want to make averages/means for all the references in sources.

If we had an Açores or Madeira reference it would be ok, but mixing Cabo Verde and Canarias it´s ridiculous. Isn´t it?

I think North Atlantic is better ... when I read Atlantic islands I thought of the Canaries, Azores and Madeira . Cape Verde i think it will not be a good idea (being for Europeans)... most of them must be 70% SSA

I would not add the Canary Islands, that would inflate the Atlantic percentage in the Iberians.
