Ok I combined the recent regional averages for Italy with the original sources and here are the new averages for K13. The only unchanged ones are Basilicata (the new Lucania sample is virtually identical), Molise, , and Umbria.

for example, maybe the current Tuscan average has 10 samples, and the new one from Patrius has 100, in that case the Patrius average is much better and should completely replace the current one. this is just one of the reasons why it should be done this way.
