Pretty much all Mauritians that identify as creole have substantial European admixture (British&French) but it varies depending on the definition of creole, someone with 80%+ SSA can be a creole like someone with only 30%

Well damn, he's extremely Chinese! Those regions make sense as the overwhelming majority of Chinese in Mauritius came from the Cantonese speaking regions of China particularly Guangdong (The majority of Chinese diaspora worldwide also share similar southern Chinese origins). Thanks for sharing bro

It's crazy how there's absolutely no evidence of Mauritius (any other ethnic groups there), even though they've been there for a number of generations. Pretty interesting actually.

It is quite strange indeed considering that most of the immigrants from China to Mauritius were males coming for work purposes and few were women. Many Chinese men intermixed with Indian and African women
