Peterski kindly sent me 150 academic Dutch samples from different provinces, that I've split into 3 averages, North, South and Central, plus a new Dutch average. They look more accurate than the previous Dutch averages to me.

I dunno about that avg (its prolly from Ashgabat), but its EE doesn't represent the whole of Turkmenistan. The new avg's EE is around 27% and AASI 3%, which is different from the original's 21% ENA+AASI.
