Do you know why i score druze in ftdna and middle eastern in myheritage?

I've noticed that many Romanians score some West Asian. It's a common ancestry among Romanians, Bulgarians, etc.

Chris, you have 12% Ashkenazi ancestry as I said on Anthrogenica, other Romanians can not have those percentages without having this ancestry

Yes, i will do 23andme with my parents when the price will be reduced. I will get my g25 coordinates in around 1 week from now. My great grandmother still looked romanian so i am not sure if she was full ashkenazi.

look does not mean much, It will be clear when you will get your G25

I was tested in 2015, and it's interesting to see FTDna change from version 2 to Version 3 (but neither amazed me like checking GEDMatch today, which nailed my ancestry from the region of La Mancha - both my parents. going back generations, are from two small towns in that area):

** 2% S.E. Europe (which, for FTDna, included not just Greece & the Balkans, but also Italy)
** Trace-levels (<1%) of East Middle East, East-Central Africa, Siberia & Finland.

- Iberian Peninsula 79%
- Basque 21%
- European Jewish (Ashkenazi Jewish) <1%

** If anyone can explain why Family Tree DNA claims that I have considerable Basque ancestry, please, help me out (LOL).
- Are all Spaniards & Portuguese (and, I imagine, most French and a sizeable percentage of Italians) now considered partly Basque?
- For that matter, when did the Basque, the oldest population in the region, cease to be of "the Iberian Peninsula"?
