Haplogroup J2a Paternal Line Ancestral Origins

Anyone here who belongs to J2a or knows someone that belongs to J2a post here your direct paternal line origins and ethnic group. My own paternal line origins come from the Calabria region of Italy.

3 Apricity users from Romania belong to J2a-M67. I am not sure if there are other J2a users here.

There was Croatian member from NW Croatia (inactive for years) who is J2a-M67.

I am J2a-M67 my direct paternal line goes back to an Ashkenazi Jew probably born during the late 1600's in the Alsace region. His name was Aron he would be my 7th great grandfather. The haplogroup is likely derived from pre-diaspora Jews however a post diaspora Italian origin also seems possible.

ethnic group - Black Bolgars (Essegel - Ashken,Shekel)

Another Bulgarian from the forum is also J-L25
I think there was Bulgarian J-L70
