Cetinje was capital of Montenegro before Podgorica and today it has a status of Old royal capital and official residence of Montenegrin president is located there.
City was founded in 1482 during rule of Ivan Crnojević and throughout centuries it was cradle of Montenegrin state and society.
Nowadays Cetinje has around 14 000 people living in it.
